It reminds me of the dysfunctionality and lack of common sense surrounding Police arresting desperate people that access the waste food bins of supermarkets. Heartbreaking. 😥

Many many years ago in a shitty job at a supermarket the manager started telling us to pour bleach in the bins after we threw away the out of date stock, because people ha started cutting the padlocks off of the bin store to get to the waste.
