Sports are great. Playing is healthy. But I do think the country is going a bit overboard. Why are we being inundated? Year-long football, ice hocket, soccer. Basketball with a month-long championship playoff. ACK! I don't think there is any health benefit in watching someone else play.

Agreed but I’m a total sports nut. Can’t help it. I watched two games simultaneously this evening. One on the iPad and one on the tv. My wife was a saint for allowing this madness tonight.
