#2... Cleo Sertori of H2O Just Add Water Thar be mermaids in these waters. Of quite a few mermaid series, I really enjoyed H2O the most, especially Cleo. She went from someone who was quite terrified of being a mermaid to loving the mermaid life. Cleo really evolved as a character.
