Serious question: why aren’t there solar panels on all university buildings (esp UConn)?

Did they put solar panels on your new elementary? Our elementaries have all been remodeled including lots of solar. They're not going to be net zero but close. Uconn should have solar. The new dorm is geothermal but that's it.
