Phoned my dentist to ask if they can get in a portable ramp to make it wheelchair accessible for me. The receptionistās response was that āthe CQC say that little step is ok, but I will ask my manager about the ramp.ā Wondering if this is gonna be a battle and if itās one I want to fight.
More and more, I find abled friends are like, how about we do this novel or fun activity. And Iām like, nah. I just want you to sit with me and enjoy my silent company.

Marginalized people, poor people, disabled people etc. are always the first to warn society about an impending crisis. And they are almost always ignored. Yet, when everything collapses, they are the first to be abandoned. This is an unacceptable moral injustice.
