So California is planning on relying on its own regulations (if the waiver stands) and deals with private companies, while continuing to file many lawsuits against polluters. With the Chevron deference overturned, it is even more important for California to continue leading the country on climate

If it's willing and able to do this, I don't understand why CA has said it can't do anything about autobesity? (Can't find recent post/article about this at the moment)
