The Heritage thugs are not filing these to get actual responses; they are filing the FOIAs to intimidate and frighten, and hope to get just one piece of paper to use to ruin someone's life. I get it. But FOIA is actually not that easy...

They are also a huge pain to produce. My department gets them when we hire women. We have learned how to run a search that has minimal paperwork, not bc we are doing anything illegal but bc we don’t have time to produce hundreds of emails, etc.
