Global trade records show a printing company in China’s eastern city of Hangzhou shipped close to 120,000 of the Bibles to the United States between early February and late March.
More to the point, the markup is 2000%, essentially the kind of thing Jesus kicked people out of the temple for.
This isn’t even slightly surprising. Trump uses talking points but he doesn’t actually have any concrete beliefs outside of being a bigot. Every single statement is based on whatever will benefit him most in that moment & the fact that he’s not consistently blasted for his hypocrisy is infuriating.
