This went over badly as a quote, but it is a real question of really how far do we go? Should we use non-English plurals in English? Should it be concerti or concertos? Indices on indexes? Pajamaha or Pajamas? Poltergeister or Poltergeists? Aparatchiki or Aparatchiks?

Today I googled Taoiseachs knowing full well that multiple Irish Prime Ministers are Taoisigh. Unsurprisingly there are Wikipedia pages headed "Taoiseachs". I guess that answers the question. Use an English S plural for common foreign words, where the plural of that foreign word is not well known
