First of all, HEY! And secondly Ings Ave is quite nice. It’s quiet, the buses are good, it’s close to the beach and you don’t have to slide down a hill in the winter. And it didn’t use to flood much.
Oh, his place was VERY nice. I just felt like such a pillock 😅
