You are totally correct, tbh I didn’t care about him coming back anymore, I just wanted him to be acknowledged like he deserved. This is what I said yesterday, his ending felt a bit like a villain. Even Sukuna had more acknowledgment at the end with Yuji saying that his finger wasn’t evil anymore
After 236 the sales started to go down so the movement to “bring” him back on 260 could have been to make the fans stay and give them hope, after all the excuse of “he was cut in half” couldn’t work anymore. And then all the count down with the pr team…
