Sorry for the inactivity - turns out smoothing a giant model takes a long time... (especially if you're a perfectionist!) But in other news, look who's finally in production 👀

My review is that the flavour was underwhelming, but the texture was light and fluffy. The particular sugar they're coated with reminds me in taste slightly of Strawberry Clouds, which I am fond of. Felt bad putting such a cute little guy in my mouth though lol.

Look at what I found today!!! The sizing is *almost* spot-on - Pipi is a little taller and slimmer. His eyes could have been a little bigger too, tbh. Oh well! Still very cute 🐤💖🐥

I also have some great news!! I've handed in my 2 weeks notice at work, so I can focus solely on the shop! I should be able to get *SO* much more done now! My last day will be the 18th. 😊

First round of paint done! Having him be all one solid colour *really* helps to clearly see all the areas that still need work. But aside from some problem areas he looks pretty great already!

Filing him down toward the end sucked so bad 'cause the finer flat file would reverberate the thin resin walls and create this awful sound, it was a sensory nightmare. glad it's finally over with!

Eglok is *finally* in one piece! He's covered in filler cause the printer made some weird surface textures for some reason and I thought I'd try filling them in rather than buffing them out this time - might end up being a little easier!

Finished a little easy side project, I'm excited to get him out into the real world! His name is Pipi (Pip-ee) 😁

Given how much the material cost is going to be, the full-size Eglok will definitely be quite a pricey boy..... 😔

While I'm sanding him down to align his two halves, I need you all to see how huge he is!! 😱😭 he got a gash on his taint there too, but thankfully it's a broad, flat area so I can fix it easily. ☺️
