if you've got a constant haze, a test you can try is to take a benadryl tablet and see if a few minutes afterward your head clears a bit, and then in another few minutes the haze descends again. If that's the case, then you have histamine intolerance, which is an immune dysregulation.
becoming nauseated after eating is also a long covid symptom, especially if about an hour afterward you experience buzzing and numbness around your head/face. It's also common to have anxiety spikes about an hour before you have to use the bathroom. in that case, it wouldn't be psychogenic.
