Chicken breasts slowly sauteed in olive oil, piri-piri, garlic; a type of baked potato; pointy cabbage + peas sauteed in a bit of butter + salt/pepper
If you start dinner by slowly simmering garlic and piri-piri, all you really need to finish cooking is bread and salt.
Before and after. Another variant. Disclosure, the peas really do good stuff for the overall taste.
Sleepy Sunday. Meatballs (boiled in broth so they puff up) in curry (Columbo curry, shallots, celery bits, slivers of carrot, raisins, tart apples).
