What do you think makes a politician good at their job? I've been pondering this as a bit of self reflection - musing on the mammoth amount of bts work with how you communicate and engage the public, and balancing both. Who would you give as an example and why?

Since most of our politicians work in teams, I'm not sure there's a single model. From what I've seen we need people who are good (sometimes almost obsessively) with the details as well as people who are just good to have around. But I do think there are some common features of "good" politicians..
