It all hinges on people actually controlling their dogs, and while there's many responsible dog owners, unfortunately it's not everyone.
Kia ora Ben. I don't believe that it'll be fenced, as there's other off-lead parks which aren't (e.g. Braithwaite), but would be good to bring up in your submission. Personally I think we need to make the expectations on dog owners much clearer in those spaces.
Depends where you're coming from really. The number 4 bus stops at 267 Borman Road, it's <5 minute walk from there (just round the corner). The Rototuna Circular stops on Turakina Rise (opposite Countdown), would be <3 minute walk. Those are the two that gets you closest.
Other people have recommended the transit app. It's fine. I personally just use Google Maps.

Swimwear is hard! I had Kowtow togs from when they did a drop six years ago and I also have kmart togs (kmart being the least worst of the cheap options). Someone else recommended Nisa and I'd say check that out.
