Treat coffee with respect. It's just as difficult, if not more, to grow than wine or beer. Exploitation is still a huge issue with workers earning only pennies and living in horrid conditions. It's never "JUST COFFEE." It's due time that people and companies actually pay its worth!
Commercial Coffee prices have gone unchanged since the 1970s and since then we're making farms/co-ops deal with global warming, breeding coffee-rust resistant crops, water sustainability, exporting coffee while in civil war, etc. There are farmers who have never even tasted their own product.

I've been stress baking. Coffee cookies, shortbread, pumpkin latte cookies... I was gifted zucchini yesterday and it's enough for two loaves of zucchini bread. I also want to make wine cookies.
