This has to be a contract foul of some sort, right? The killer criteria must be the requirement for "copies of the Pledge of Allegiance, Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights", all of which any school should have and could provide to students for free?
NGL, as an Asian dad to a biracial child who doesn't conform to stereotypes* and does attend a public school, I would be very tempted to purchase an "it's all Asians" t-shirt. (*and therefore has started getting more "what are you?" questions lately)

Do you have any more thoughts on 2)? I don't think of tattoos as gendered either, so I'd be really interested in hearing about how they make you feel better about your presentation, if you're comfortable to share. I've never heard anyone say that before about tattoos, but I've also never asked.
