2k is diabolical because you have to do 3 extra matches no matter what... because, sadists that they are, the folks over at cbu3 decided that losing a cc match only gives you 700 exp. but winning also only gives you 900 exp, so you're just short of a level up if you win two in a row...

they need to either buff the reward for winning or nerf the reward for losing. it's no wonder that casual and competitive matches alike are full of sandbaggers who'll spend the entire match just running to the enemy team's attacks and dying. win or lose, the only difference is a measly 200 exp
