There was like, 1/8 of a point if you squinted where he was talking about the bougie tendency to try to recreate restaurant quality kitchens in residential homes and that being a waste of effort and money when the restaurant is going to always cook better food than you?

The food we eat at home is generally superior nutritionally and flavor-wise to what we could get at restaurants. Then again I am privileged to live in a household where most of us are very good cooks. Plus, the food we make at home doesn't usually give me migraines or digestive issues.
