Now some of the least specialized jobs need a diploma to get an interview. It will be interesting to watch these numbers with the added effect not just of people but of the schools cutting back. (Stats include "community colleges.")

I appreciate this insight. Does the "create PDF from file" function in Acrobat preserve those screen reading features too? I use that method to keep internal navigation (links) & hope it's good at more.

One of the steps could be "read it aloud or use a screen reader to catch things like 'you' that should be 'your'." The sun was in my eyes, I swear!

Despite listing "state-of-the-art, adj." @merriamwebster.bsky.social "recent examples from the web" are all unhyphenated. Is that because the US newspapers they quoted don't follow M-W? AP Style says don't hyphenate adj unless required to avoid confusion, right?
