WW84 earned $170M global on a $200M budget amid a pre-vaccine late 2020 moment with mostly closed theaters and was declared a flop. THE SUICIDE SQUAD earned $170M worldwide on a $190M budget amid a comparative recovery period, yet Gunn got the keys to the kingdom. That, to me, is the real outrage.
