Universal Basic Income isn't just a policy; it's a necessity. We can have a world where no one worries about their next meal or roof over their head. We have the abundance necessary to create that world. Our only scarcity is political will. UBI isn't radical; it's practical.
To get there, people first need to understand how Federal money works. Being a currency ISSUER means the FedGovt has no limit to what it can pay for (unlike, state and local govts). The FedGovt can pay for all sorts of things without cutting existing programs or raising taxes.
Homes for everyone & IBI would solve our homeless & 4 million kids in poverty problems. Plus allow refugees to work so they contribute to the economy.
