One of the truest books on grieving I know. So powerful and beautifully done.
There's movement towards getting pitch parties back, better than ever. ❤️
Thanks for giving pitch parties a new lease on life. It's going to be better than ever. I’m in.
Thrilled for you, Suhasini! Congratulations.
I can definitely imagine how "Let’s Go Crazy" along with the emotional range of the other songs would have fit the ups and downs of college really well.
My then 7th-grade self had been completely uninterested in music until Purple Rain (not counting my crush on Olivia Newton-John). My older sister had a cast party at our house after a show one night, and someone left the cassette behind. I listened and my eyes popped. "What is THIS?!?"
I'm just going to take a moment to be unreasonably happy that we have a presidential candidate who casually refers to a Venn diagram when she's talking about the overlap of her and her husband's musical tastes. To top it off, that overlap is Prince. 😍
That's great. ❤️
I am so grateful for our librarians today. You shouldn't have to demonstrate this kind of courage, yet you do day after day. Bless you. ❤️
