I adored those first four albums as a young teen and then felt betrayed by the s/t. Never listened to them again until a year or two ago. MoP still a masterpiece. Kill ‘em All holds up better than I’d have guessed. Ride the Lightening worse. Still like Justice too.

I’ve signed up for the free Fubo trial and have been able to ride the rollercoaster of Game 3 so far. Thanks for the tip.

Wife asked why Harris could be leading in most polls, but still have about even chances in models. I got through a whole survey methodology spiel (within error bounds, too much uncertainty) until I got down further and saw the answer is…the electoral college.

Voting to keep a (deserving) metal act in the tournament. Despite a few knockout songs this is the album where Shellac started to have diminishing returns for me.

I didn’t realize Fubo would give me access. I think once the NLDS is over all their games switch to another network, so maybe a fubo free trial would give me just enough time

Whatever package I signed up for with Spectrum somehow gives me all the specialized sports channels (golf, tennis, nascar, etc) and yet doesn’t give me FS1 or ESPN.

I subscribe to 82 different streaming services and *still* have a basic cable package to get a few particular channels… and despite it all I still don’t have access to whatever network is playing the NLDS. Hope the Dodgers come through so I can eventually actually see them in the playoffs.
