Fun fact: Imagine Dragons got their big break off an album they recorded as placeholder songs for that musical

It was extensively reworked after the first performances - Spider-Man was barely in it and it was mostly about some eternal spider goddess who sang about how hard it was to shop for shoes with eight legs
