no actual relationships. has a serial one-night stands situation with a smith, Teobald, who does his equipment upkeep, but no feelings involved. when Sav is sad/lonely, he sometimes goes to random taverns in the middle of a night to find someone for a night. it's usually as miserable as it sounds.

no special meaning afaik. he got it bc the naming procedure in the orphanage was very easy: an overworked and exhausted caretaker would open the closes book on a random page and slap onto you the first name they saw. Saviano got his name from a very mid romance novel lol

i finally went thorugh the horrifying ordeal of picking a name, and my Rook is now Saviano de Riva according to him, the name is the fanciest thing about him. he also answers to 'Sav'. contextually answers to 'hey, elf' and 'hey, mage'
