a lot of the higher risk stuff comes with things like synthetic estradiols, and I doubt anyone distributing DIY even has that tbh. but just in case, make sure you aren't taking ethinylestradiol. something like valerate or cypionate is good. if unsure look up whether it's bioidentical.
