Yep, I'd rather someone block me if they're uncomfy than continue to see my content. And by the same token, I'll block if I need to. Normalize setting healthy boundaries on social media. Twitter really shit the bed when they made it so you couldn't block.

If you're allowed to just not want to be in constant communication with offline people, that's okay. And it's also okay for online people. You're allowed to not be friends with the people your friends are. It doesn't have to be a moral thing. It's okay.
Also for your own health, don't take it super personally if someone blocks you. I've blocked/muted plenty of people for reasons completely unrelated to disliking or disapproving of them and I'm sure I've been muted by plenty of people who don't actually think I'm a giant asshole.
