i'm gonna be That Person and say the ending stinger with the white walkers is stupid, they would not just walk by sam they would kill him, they just wanted a splashy ending which is fine but c'mon

"sam's not a threat so they didn't kill him" the white walkers killed a child in the literal first episode of the series, it's a microcosm of the Plot Problems the showrunners create later when deviating from the books anyway that's a wrap on S2, honestly, a sophmore slump, lot of treading water
