#DAI friends, I have had a quest from Cullen to find smuggler letters for a while, and I genuinely cannot figure it out. I don't even see the quest marker on any area when I look at the world map and have the quest active. Any clues? I feel bad for ignoring Cullen so much.

Is it the one you have to go to Redcliff for? I know there's a smuggler there, but I don't remember if Cullen was involved in that quest in particular. Does the journal tell you anything when you look the quest up or not?
