The Justice Department suggests that the FBI has the ability to take control of drones. This one was flying near the finish line of the Boston Marathon this year. The FBI "intercepted" the drone and brought it down at a predetermined location. Also, the guy loses his drone and had to pay a fine.

Yeah… I don’t know. I feel like there’s something to say here and with the CFAA that “the public web is public” means more than just static websites. Once open APIs or url variables are in the mix courts are getting mighty squirrelly.
