Powell pleaded guilty to six counts and is set to serve six years of probation and pay a $6,000 fine.
Powell took a plea deal just before jury selection was set to begin in her trial in Fulton County, Georgia.

The settlement averts a trial, which was expected to begin next month in New York. It follows a similar settlement by the bank for $290 million with Epstein’s victims.
The lawsuit claimed that the bank benefitted from sex trafficking by the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
