Further context for non-dutchies, an Oliebol is a ball of deep fried dough with raisins in them (or without, depending on your preference), often topped with powdered sugar

(It was the Pistachio Chocolate Dubai chocolate bar, it was an oliebol filled with chocolate and pistachio, it was delicious)
