You know...even as a kid in the 80s, I cam to realize we were at the start of a technological revolution, not unlike the industrial revolution the century prior. Even so...it never occurred to me that conversations like this would take place in my lifetime.

Me too, but we didn't expect that people would bullshit about AI enough to start this dicussion years before AI is actually anything close to an actual intelligence
