I am super grossed out by this because of the fact that free school lunches are *already* a workaround, meant to appease those against any kind of monetary food aid because it might get Used Wrong.
I wish there was more social media messaging (and TV ads too) that said stuff like “The right wants American children to go hungry.” And then explained free school lunches.
