Totally irrelevant and irreverent reaction: let's just call this book The Manual of Style. The city doesn't matter. (I'll do my best to follow the new guidelines)
Really appreciate the thread! Quick question though: The recommendation regarding the capitalization of prepositions hasn’t changed, right? Or has it?
