My silly, little Gongyi Xiao/Zhuzhi-Lang comic for a #SVSSS fairy tale zine, "Magic, Glass Slippers & Poison Apples," based on Little Red Riding Hood (1/2) #SVSSSFairyTaleRevealed #人渣反派自救系统 #gongzhi

Once upon a time, a pack of wolves lived in a forest. They guarded the forest from demons and led wanderers to safety. One day, a young wolf, Gongyi Xiao, spotted a stranger with a red, hooded cape and unusual, golden eyes picking mushrooms deep in the forest where almost no one ever goes. Out of concern for the man, Gongyi Xiao pointed him in the direction of more mushrooms as well as where to leave the forest. Then, the wolf continued his patrol.
As he followed he keen sense of smell, he spotted a house, suspiciously isolated in the lush wilderness. After finding it unlocked, he investigated inside, hoping to uncover clues about the demons in the forest.
Not long after entering, Gongyi Xiao heard the door open again, so he hid in one of the beds, not wanting to be discovered in case it was a demon that found him. "My lord?" Inquired the voice from the door. He heard footsteps get closer... and closer... The lower two panels show Zhuzhi-Lang, the stranger that Gongyi Xiao encountered earlier, looking at the bed, noticing the ears sticking out of the blanket.
"Your body seems to be reforming well. What big ears you have," Spoke Zhuzhi-lang, smiling slyly. "All the better to hear you with...?" replied Gongyi Xiao nervously. Small text above his head reads, "I forgot about my ears." "What a warm body temperature you have. All the better for sensing you and eating you, right, intruder" again spoke Zhuzhi-Lang. ...until the footsteps stopped, replaced by an almost imperceptible slithering.

Where the hooded man stood a moment ago now loomed a giant snake, ready to attack the intruding wolf! But the giant snake, recognizing this familiar face, transformed back. "You!" Exclaimed Zhuzhi-Lang and Gongyi Xiao simultaneously. Right then, as Zhuzhi-Lang had Gongyi Xiao pinned down to the bed, an inquisitive and teasing voice came from the doorway, "Oh? I didn't know you were so lonely these days, nephew."
And both the snake and wolf were even more surprised when the demon king himself walked into the room, whom was also surprised at the scene he beheld. This demon king was none other than Tianlang-Jun. Zhuzhi-Lang quickly ad embarrassedly replied, "My lord! It's not what you think-" "I'll let your two continue," Tianlang-Jun cut him off. "Wait-" Zhuzhi-Lang spoke again, trying to get a word in. "Treat him well, esteemed guest," Tianlang-Jun continued. "Uhh. Yessir." Replied Gongyi Xiao.
