Southend-on-Sea City Council has improved first aid services for High Street & seafront visitors. A static ambulance with two trained first aiders will be available at The Forum, Elmer Square, from 2 pm to 10 pm every Friday & Saturday from August 9 to October 5. www.southend.gov.uk/news/article...
