Thing is we canne assume all non-humans with animal features are vastaya because minotaurs exist as a mortal race And vastaya are an innately magical race, so not having outward expressions of magic feels telling, especially for Arcane's lot

Oh, I always assumed Minotaurs are long descendats of Vastaya and are related to them still, since there's no evidence *against* it, and it would be easy to unite all possible animalistic races - the same way WoW treats all Trolls and Elves having ties to each other!
