Just as I started making time to read, my 2017 Kindle decided to enter an unending loop of reboot and optimizing apps. There's one on sale but I have this part of me that insists "Just try again, it'll start working if you press the button just right" and that side is winning over the "buy it" side.

Today I discovered that I am still irrationally angry at the remaining hospital in my town over the closure of the one I worked in for nearly 30yrs. All it took was seeing their name on 2 more of "our" buildings on Google maps and suddenly I was sobbing. How will I ever manage to see an MD here. 😫

I built a reasonable facsimile of my childhood home in Sims4 (in Moonwood Mill) and created my parents with the intent of moving them into it. Today I checked and my parents have moved themselves into a mansion in Willow Creek and I don't have the heart to downgrade them 😅
