Good week for me, managed a long run Mon, shorter quick one Thurs and heading out this pm for a 'bed my new trainers in one'! Hoping to get another longer one in tomorrow to keep my miles up. Looks like rainy runs next week, but I don't mind that to be honest 😅

Very likely. I definitely think insufficient training (have to accept this, if it's not landed it wasn't enough!) & perhaps a lack of trust linked to the pressure. Staff hearing the messages, but finding it hard not to keep 'checking the impact'. We're getting there buy more work to do still...

Performance development 1:1s with teachers, there's always a lovely buzz about when you get time to reflect together on research, pedagogy & practice. Plus getting into classes to do some story time! Sharing my love of picture books with our lovely children, always pure joy 😊
