Thalassophobia. The persistent and intense fear of deep bodies of water, such as the ocean, seas, or lakes, and can but does not always include fears of being in deep bodies of water, the vastness of the sea, sea waves, aquatic animals, and great distance from land.
Is it the water, or the stuff inside of it? Both are frightening in their own special ways 🙃
Awesome art
Thassalaphobia! You share an inherent/irrational fear with like, 15 major youtubers! Go you! :D
An actual valid fear tbh. I also am afraid of an abyss that's undiscovered and can crush me full of strange creatures. I also drowned when I was a kid. died for a sec 😆
The ocean is where those things that aren't afraid of humans live. It is not a nice place.
Is it weird that I feel the exact opposite of this? Like the "call of the ocean" but in a non-self destructive sort of way? It feels like coming home.
Giant's Deep:
I worry most when too much of it is coming from the sky…
Uh oh. Rabies.
