I did try not to over stir. It called for three cups of flour with only 2/3 cup milk and 2/3 cup yogurt. I may increase the liquid by a smidge when I attempt it again . Worst case, it ends up as a pudding😂I will say, it was moist & not dense so win win I guess!😂🙌
It came out rather well🙌I still don’t understand why the batter was the consistency of frosting though? I couldn’t just pour it in at all. Has this ever happened in your bakes?
I’m in the midst of making a Victoria sSponge cake and I fear the batter is too dense even though I followed the recipe 😬 I may learn the hard way on how not to make a sponge cake 😅I’ll let ya know how brick like it came out😳😂
