Honestly this chapter also hints that Sukuna wasn't born evil. He probaly was born with a lot of strenght but didn't have someone to guide him like Yuji had his gramps. Closest thing we'll ever get to a backstory.

Yuji was def pushing the nurture vs nature part heavily, but at the same time he also doesn’t know Sukuna ATE HIS TWIN BROTHER before he was even born 😭
