Basically Bsky will absolutely ban for lolisho if it ends up on someones TL &gets lots of reports. Meaning if you NSFW tag properly, use block lists properly, and keep that kinda content to the intended audience, you should be good barring the occasional bad luck. Just like how twitter used to work
