If you’re wondering why you haven’t been seeing your jp or other language creators, it’s because you need to unselect ALL languages in content languages Settings > languages > content languages 😘

It's crazy cause I had that on, but I was seeing exactly one JP artist I followed making tweets that were just kanji and nobody else i'd followed from their was showing up before disabling that.
