Lens was Tamron 18-200mm F4.0 lens. I still use the same lens as my go-to all purpose!

I take photos of the harbour/estuary most days and will always try to capture anything interesting that's heading past. It's odd (actually no) but I didn't take photos in operational areas unless I had a request for photos. So I have a small archive that I can't use!

My guess is that whoever approved my regular prescription sent an email to my specific GP re my HRT declaration. I'll likely hear back by the end of the week (or maybe not!)

Well, usual meds were approved. No feedback yet re HRT etc
