The most likely thing here and what would make it hardest to organize against is itll just happen everywhere and nowhere - traffic stops leading to summary deportation, same for even minor crimes, etc.

The scenario where a huge expansion of ICE leads to giant multicity dragnet operations is hard for me to imagine tbh. In practice that will be incredibly difficult and disruptive, I would guess existing processes will just get meaner and quicker. If so that means many more lawsuits coming.
