Thank you very much, not strange at all! I don’t have any tutorials, but my best advice (which is just how I got into pixel art) is to download sprite sheets from older games and play around with them, edit them, redraw them. I cut my teeth on Sailor Moon: Another Story and Tokimeki Memorial.
How did you pick your username? So. SHSL Ivalice was a joke over on Plurk, but it's a name not usually taken on platforms, so... why not? I am the dork who can pull out Ivalice Lore on command and also overthinks it.

Going to reiterate what B’alith mentioned and gently request that people stop using those “fancy fonts” in their display names or captions. They aren’t, in fact, fonts at all and therefore screen readers can’t read them, so using them goes against the easier accessibility push.
